The problem

A young university with an ambitious public profile, many departments and more than 20 Centres of Excellence. Each had something worth saying. Together, they risked saying nothing clearly.

Five platforms needed one recognisable voice, without flattening what made each centre distinct.

What I did

  • Gave the institution one clear point of view that every channel could hold to.
  • Turned research from more than 20 Centres of Excellence into stories for policy, media and the public.
  • Ran flagship campaigns, including 10 Years of Ashoka, Convocation: Beyond the Red Bricks and Those Who Stayed Back.
  • Handled real-time crisis communication across leadership and departments.

The result

  • LinkedIn: 32k → 141k
  • Facebook: 80k → 172k
  • Instagram: 12k → 56.2k
  • Twitter / X: 10k → 36.3k
  • YouTube: 10k → 26k

Five platforms grown in parallel, for an institution with many stakeholders and one brand to protect.
