How I use your details

What I collect

When you use the review or contact form, I collect your name, email, organisation, the kind of organisation you are, the link you want reviewed and anything you choose to write.

Why

To reply to your request and, if you ask, to work with you. If you request a review, you also agree to my monthly letter on what I’m seeing in brand and visibility. Every letter has an unsubscribe link, and you can stop it at any time. Contact-form enquiries are never added to a mailing list.

Where it’s kept

Your message is stored on this website’s server, sent to my email inbox and logged in a private spreadsheet I use to track replies. Only I can see it.

Sharing

I never sell or share your details with anyone.

How long

I keep enquiries for up to 12 months and then delete them, unless we start working together. If you get the monthly letter, I keep your name and email until you unsubscribe.

Analytics

This site sets no tracking cookies. If I measure visits, I use cookie-free analytics that doesn’t identify you.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Email samanthapsamson@gmail.com and I’ll do it within a week.
